Agent UX - Expand / Collapse
If agents need extra space on CRM for some time or wish to minimise Live Assist for 365 but not CRM, a new button has been added to collapse or expand the widget:
While collapsed, chats are still assigned normally to agents and messages are received - basically everything is still working on the background just like when it’s expanded.
